When Cancellations Are Not Possible
Processed Transactions: Once a payout or withdrawal has moved to 'Processed,' cancellations can no longer be made. You will need to wait for the transfer of funds to complete.
ACH and Crypto Methods: Requests using ACH or cryptocurrency become non-cancellable once processing begins.
Deposit Transactions: If funds were not deducted from the bank account, the deposit cannot be manually reversed, and refund policies apply.
Transaction Status Overview
Understanding transaction statuses is crucial:
'Requested' or 'Under Review': Eligible for cancellation by the user.
'Authorized': Cancellations are restricted; however, deposits may resume.
'Processed': No further modifications can be made to the transaction.
You have the option to cancel any requests that are still in a ‘Requested’ or ‘Under Review’ status. Transactions may also be automatically canceled if left unaddressed for 24 hours, streamlining withdrawal requests.
Common Issues and Misconceptions
Canceling to Expedite: Canceling and reinitiating does not speed up withdrawal timeframes as standard processing periods apply.
Funds on Hold: Canceling a withdrawal does not make funds tied to open wagers available immediately.
Pending KYC Review: Avoid canceling requests under review for KYC verification to ensure smoother processing.
To cancel a request, simply check the box to the right of the transaction row and submit with the ‘Cancel Request’ button. If the option to cancel is unavailable, it indicates that the transaction has progressed to the 'Approved' or 'Processed' state, and cancellations are no longer possible.
