1. Although withdrawal times vary, we strive to have your transaction processed within 24 hours of receiving your request.
2. Certain withdrawal methods are subject to the service provider's operating hours and are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. ET to 1:00 p.m. ET, excluding holidays.
3. No third-party withdrawals are allowed.
4. The withdrawal will be processed using the same method used for deposit, if the option is available; however, Wild Casino reserves the right to use alternative methods for withdrawals, if necessary, regardless of the deposit method used to fund the account.
5. In certain cases, a minimum 3-calendar-day waiting period may be required following deposits made with credit, debit, or prepaid cards prior to requesting a withdrawal. Players depositing via e-check are required to wait a minimum of 7 business days from their last deposit. This ensures your deposit is fully processed before allowing withdrawal requests.
6. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for account verification purposes; this may include but is not limited to the following:
Valid Photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, government-issued ID, etc.)
Copies of the front and back of all credit cards used to deposit on your account with us
Utility bill/bank statement or any other document for address verification purposes
Any other documentation deemed necessary to verify the information contained in your account with us or associated with your payment account
7. We do not store bank wire details, you must enter the banking information for each withdrawal request.
8. There are minimum and maximum withdrawal limits for each withdrawal method. These amounts vary and are subject to change at any time without notice. Visit the Cashier page for a personalized view of available options and limits.
9. Players will not be allowed to submit a withdrawal request when there is a pending Free Bet.
10. Players who generate any winnings from a Free Spin or Free Chip promotion will be required to make a minimum deposit of $50 and roll this over at least one time (1x) prior to any payout being approved.
11. Withdrawals requested by check will be sent directly to the physical address registered in the account and cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
12. MoneyGram payouts must be picked up within 10 days.
13. All deposited funds must be wagered (rolled-over) 1x (one time) prior to withdrawal. Players who choose to withdraw prior to completing the required rollover will incur payout processing fees regardless of the payout method. Please contact Player Services for more information on the fees.
