Looking for a simple way to deposit cash to your account? The Person-to-Person method might be for you.
How to deposit with the Person-to-Person method:
1. First, access the cashier. Once there, scroll down and click on View More Deposit Options. You must select one of our Person to Person options, MoneyGram or Ria.
2. You will view both steps of the process. To start, just click on Step 1. For MoneyGram deposits, select the deposit type, Cash or Credit Card. Next, select the amount you would like to deposit and enter a promo code, if any. Then, click on “Continue Deposit”.
3. Verify your information. Keep in mind that your name should exactly match your photo ID, including your middle name, if applicable.
4. You will be provided with a receiver’s name and location. Register at MoneyGram.com to send money online or visit your nearest MoneyGram or Ria agent location to send cash. The receiver name will be valid for 48 hours only.”
If required to give a reason for the transfer, the reason given should be ‘transfer to a friend’.
If you are sending funds to Costa Rica or Peru, please make sure to send them in USD.
Keep in mind that we will reimburse the transfer fees for any single deposit of $300 or more. To take advantage of this, please contact the Player Services Team.
5. After making the money transfer, you will receive a reference number. To finalize the deposit, you must click on Step 2, and type this reference number on the site. Click “Process Deposit”.
6. Your transaction will be pending and you will receive a confirmation email, once approved, which is usually within 60 minutes. If your transaction has not reached your account within that timeframe, please contact Player Services and provide your Trace ID.
Person to person deposits are subject to service provider’s operating hours. If the reference number is submitted after 6:00 pm EST, funds will likely be credited the next day.
