A Cashier’s Check or bank draft is a check drawn from a bank’s own funds, instead of yours, and signed by a cashier or teller. It is unlike a regular check because the bank guarantees payment, not the check writer.

1. First, access the Cashier. Once there, scroll down and click on “View More Deposit Options”.

2. Select “Cashier Check” from the available options. This will open a Help window.

3. Click on “Send us a message” and select “Deposit” to be connected to one of our team members who will ask for the desired deposit method and amount.

4. You will receive an email with the wire transfer instructions.

Please note no personal checks are accepted. Checks must be sent to us via Fedex, DHL or UPS. Checks mailed via USPS will not be accepted.

Once the check is received, it takes up to 20 business days to be credited to your account.
