How To Update Your Personal Information

Have you moved and need to update your address on your account? Have you changed phone numbers? We’ll be happy to help you with those!

These are the steps to follow if you need to update any personal information in your account.

How To Update The Name On Your Account

If you made a typo when signing up, or used a nickname instead of your legal name, we’ll be more than glad to assist you. Simply send us a picture of your ID with your name clearly visible to documents@wildcasinocs.ag. Let us know the name your account states and the correct name that should be there, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How To Update Your Phone Number or Email Address

To update your phone number or your email address, we require you to contact a Player Services Agent through our email: help@wildcasinocs.ag.

How To Update Your Address

As part of our standard fraud prevention practices, in order to update the address on your account we require you to forward us a copy of a recent utility bill, no older than 3 months, to documents@wildcasinocs.ag.

Once received, please allow us 24-48 hours for the update to be effective!
